Standup Etcetera, Ltd. was founded in Hämeenlinna, Finland in 1997 with its main focus as a television production company and a talent
agency for standup comics (along with other performance artists), producing comedy clubs throughout Finland and the Tomatoes
Tomatoes Comedy Festival Franchise.

The company’s stock is currently held by CEO Riku Suokas, Terttu Krogell, Ilpo Murtovaara, Rich Lyons and Heikki Syrjä.

In 2005 Standup Etcetera, Ltd. began developing and producing comedy oriented mobile-television content in co-operation with mobile operators and mobile phone manufacturers. The company is developing Fullhouse Entertainment Network (F.E.N.) a comedy based
mobile TV channel along with a technical platform that will incorporate interactivity and management of user generated content.
